ADJUSTABLE GAS BLOCK Our new 3-position adjustable gas block restricts gasses, rather than venting them from the side. This allows the unused gas to exit from the front of the gun, rather than the sides of the gas block, resulting in a more quiet operation. SMOOTH RECOIL IMPULSE By utilizing a one piece design, the PWS piston system creates a purely gas to metal operation, rather than metal on metal contact that you may see in other designs. That, in addition to the longer dwell time from the increased mass in the Enhanced Bolt Carrier, creates a pushing action rather than a punch. This results in dramatically reduced felt recoil. FNC LIFE HD BARRELS Utilizing only the highest quality barrel blanks, MK2Patrol barrels are turned in house then FNC LIFE HD treated for hardness and corrosion resistance. By using a treatment rather than a coating, there is no chance of coating flake off. FNC LIFE HD, while rare in the firearms industry, is commonly used in the automotive industry specifically on transmissions. PROFILE Our barrels are designed with a heavier profile that increases longevity and accuracy, creating a balance between weight savings and sustained durability. TWIST & CHAMBER MK2 barrels are button rifled with a 1:10 twist when chambered in .308 Match. BOLT CARRIER GROUP PWS bolt carrier groups are machined from tool steel at strict tolerances, then FNC LIFE HD treated for durability, to reduce friction and to chemically embed lubrication into these parts. MASS PWS engineers increased carrier mass to extend dwell time and delay unlock. As a result the PWS bolt carrier group allows chamber pressure to be greatly reduced for easier extraction. MINIMIZED CONTACT POINTS Gaps and channels between skid pads allow for fewer points of contact. This results in less friction and keeps debris from interferring with function. BOLT The MK2 MOD 1-P bolt system is Polished Nickel PTFE coated (piston bolt and cam pin) and uses mil-spec compatible cam pin, firing pin and firing pin retaining pin. FREE-FLOAT HANDGUARDS PWS engineers designed a handguard which is ergonomic as well as durable. Featuring the KeyMod interface, the MK2 series handguard eliminates unnecessary weight and allows for a wide range of accessory placement. Being only 2.1 wide by 2.3 high, this handguard is perfect for any hand size. PICATINNY TOP RAIL Impact extruded, then machined from aircraft grade 6061 aluminum, every handguard comes standard with a full-length Picatinny top rail for mounting lasers, lights and other accessories on. QD ATTACHMENTS Integral sling swivel attachment points round out the back of the handguard as well as on the end plate. KEYMOD The KeyMod Interface System was developed for multiple accessory compatibility without the need for Picatinny rails surrounding your handguard. This improved design enhanced the rail s comfort and functionality without sacrificing strength and durability. UPPER FORGINGS & COATING Understanding the importance of an ultra-reliable package that is as light as possible, mil-spec 7075 aluminum forgings are used for the upper receivers. Each upper is meticulously CNC-machined for perfect fit and function. Our DPMS pattern upper receiver has a reduced diameter barrel seat for an improved fit over standard upper receivers. After machining and blasting, all aluminum parts are Hardcoat Anodized at Type III Mil-Spec for corrosion and wear resistance. How To Purchase a Firearm Online
Step 1:Please verify the Firearm is legal in your state. You can do this by checking your state’s particular rules or simply ask a local gun dealer. Each state’s rules vary and some states restrict not only who may purchase and possess a handgun, but what particular models are permitted for such possession within that state.
Step 2:
If the firearm is legal in your state then you can make your purchase online.
Step 3:
Once, you have made your purchase contact your local FFL Dealer and have them Fax (603-974-2641) or email their FFL to Sales@VizardsGunsAndAmmo.com. Please have your Customer Order # (which you will find on the top right hand corner of your invoice after you purchased your firearm) and your Name on the FFL.
Step 4:
Once the FFL has been received from your dealer, your firearm will ship within 5 -7 business days.
Step 5:
Once your firearm ships you will receive an email with the tracking information and you can track your package online.
