The Talon was purpose-built to bring the lightweight features of the Backountry 2.0 family into the Vanguard line-up. It features Peak 44's Blacktooth carbon fiber stock which weighs only 19oz making it one of the lightest production stocks on the market. Equipped with an Accubreak and 3D Hex Recoil pad the Talon manages recoil extremely well even with Weatherby's historic magnum cartridges. Vanguard barrels are cold hammer forged which makes them much more accurate and reliable than other rifles in their price range. To back this up all Vanguards are guaranteed to shoot a 3-shot group of .99 or less at 100 yards (SUB-MOA) from a cold barrel when used with Weatherby factory or premium ammunition. The Vanguard Talon a 3-position safety two-stage match grade trigger and fluted bolt body. All Vanguards have a one-piece machined bolt body and a fully enclosed bolt sleeve. Delivery Date and Manually Reviewed Orders
- Orders placed between Monday and Friday typically ship the same day if placed before 12PM EST. If your order requires manual review the shipping date may be delayed

How To Purchase a Firearm Online
Step 1:Please verify the Firearm is legal in your state. You can do this by checking your state’s particular rules or simply ask a local gun dealer. Each state’s rules vary and some states restrict not only who may purchase and possess a handgun, but what particular models are permitted for such possession within that state.
Step 2:
If the firearm is legal in your state then you can make your purchase online.
Step 3:
Once, you have made your purchase contact your local FFL Dealer and have them Fax (603-974-2641) or email their FFL to Sales@VizardsGunsAndAmmo.com. Please have your Customer Order # (which you will find on the top right hand corner of your invoice after you purchased your firearm) and your Name on the FFL.
Step 4:
Once the FFL has been received from your dealer, your firearm will ship within 5 -7 business days.
Step 5:
Once your firearm ships you will receive an email with the tracking information and you can track your package online.
