Shipping:

All Firearms typically ships within 2-9 business days after payment has been received with a valid FFL.

Please note we do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order between Friday after 12EST and Monday 12EST then the order will process and ship within 2-9 business days from Monday. The tracking data will be automatically emailed once the order has shipped.

Shipping Policy – Ammunition & Accessories (Flat Rate up to 40 lbs)

We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all ammunition orders. Please review the following policy details:

Flat Rate Shipping

  • A flat rate shipping fee applies to all ammunition orders weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Orders exceeding 40 pounds will be subject to additional shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately if necessary.

Shipping Method & Carriers

  • Ammunition orders are shipped via ground services in compliance with all carrier and hazmat regulations.
  • We primarily use major carriers such as UPS or FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Hazmat Compliance

  • Ammunition is classified as a hazardous material (ORM-D / Limited Quantity) and must be shipped according to federal regulations.
  • All required hazmat handling procedures are followed.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–9 business days due to higher order volume during the shortages from the War.
  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Ammunition shipments must be sent to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Adult signature may be required upon delivery depending on carrier and destination regulations.
  • Orders $225 and up typically require a signature upon delivery.

State & Local Restrictions

  • Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local and state laws regarding ammunition and accessories purchases and shipments.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that does not comply with applicable laws sepcifically in states with restrictions WA, MA, CT, NY, IL, CA, NJ, ME, VT.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status. You can also login to your account on Vizardsgunsandammo.com to retrieve tracking numbers.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

SHIPPING: Flat rate only applies to the lower 48 states. AK, HI, and other territories will incur additional shipping fees. We do not ship outside of the US. We do not ship ammunition to AK or HI.ited accessories and ammunition for the lower 48 states up to 100 POUNDS. Please note Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for flat rate shipping and have additional shipping fees

Please note any orders over 100 pounds will typically need to be shipped via freight and have additional shipping fees which will be determined after placing the order.

 

Please note any orders with an incorrect address for delivery is subject to a $20 -$26 address change fee per package/tracking with the carrier. Please make sure all information is correct in the shipping address to avoid any fees and delayed packages.

 HAZMAT ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES AND HAZMAT FEES. THESE FEES WILL BE DETERMINED AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED AND BE BILLED SEPARATELY. We will email you with these additional fees and the cardholder would need to agree to the charges and we would bill the card on file.

WE ARE NOW SHIPPING AMMUNITION TO MA - We can no longer ship ammunition to your local private residence for California and must ship to an FFL dealer. We can ship ammunition to your local dealer from only one warehouse listed under Ammunition; Ammo for MA, CT, NJ, IL, NY & CA Buyers. New York all ammunition must be shipped to an 01 FFL Dealer.

Select states may require a copy of your DRIVER'S LICENSE/STATE ID, LICENSE TO CARRY, FPID, BLUE CARD OR FOID CARD. These documents will be required to be emailed to us at FFL@Vizardsguns.com before we can process and ship your order.

 

ADULT SIGNATURE: Please note some orders will be required to have a signature upon delivery. Orders $190 and above will require a direct signature. Most ammunition orders will require an adult direct signature. We will not authorize any address changes to the shipping address once we have shipped your order. We will not authorize any change of addresses to any UPS facilities. Most orders can not ship to UPS locations. If you want to request a signature on your package, please state it in the order notes. Please also note, there will be a $4.00 additional charge for the adult signature.

 

DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUEST AUTHORIZATION- We require a copy of your driver's license for ammunition and accessories orders to verify your legal age. Your order will not ship until we receive proper documentation to FFL@VizardsGuns.com. Please note we may require additional verification for orders that did not verify in our system. If you place an order and the name/address does not match or verify then your order will be subject to cancellation or require additional information such as a copy of your Driver’s License and Credit Card. Please note we do not hold the inventory if your order does not verify. We recommend sending a copy of your driver’s license within a few hours to avoid inventory going out of stock.

 

CREDIT CARD REQUEST- We will require a copy of your credit card front and back for any high dollar value order. Once, you have been verified then your order will ship.

 

PAYMENT- We accept all major credits card for form of payment. We do not accept gift cards.

 

Returns & Cancellations:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 All orders that are cancelled, refused, or returned by the customer must be approved and returned within 3 business days of delivery. The cardholder is liable for the the entire order value and no refunds will be given on any purchases not returned within the return policy time frame of 5 business days. Cardholder is responsible to return the merchandise at their expense with a carrier that has a tracking number to confirm return delivery. Products must be in brand new condition, unopened packages or no refund will be made. Cardholders who cancel or return an order within the approval and time frame are responsible for the 15% cancellation fee. Cardholder's refund will reflect the 15% cancellation fee. Cardholder will not be refunded the original shipping fee nor the return shipping fee. No cancellation or refunds permitted on Ammunition or Firearms. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR ALL AMMUNITION AND FIREARMS ORDERS.

 

All firearm orders, the cardholder must provide the FFL (Federal Firearm License) within 10 business days or the order will be billed for the full transaction amount with no refunds, cancellation, or exchanges.

All sales are final with no returns or refunds. Items can no be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. The original shipping will not be refunded.

Firearms are non-refundable and will only ship directly to FFL Dealers.
All sales are final. NO RETURNS.
All Ammunition Sales / Ammo Components are Final and Non-Returnable.

 

If there is a warehouse error during shipment then we will take it back as a return or attempt to fill the order correctly.

Please return to manufacturer for warranty service.

The actual buyer(cardholder) must pick up from FFL dealer who will conduct the background check.

Firearm Damage Claim Process Upon Receiving:


The shipping carrier will require a few items before submitting a damage claim. The customer is responsible for the shipping box and packing material that their firearm came in. The shipping carrier will require these items for inspection and make a decision on the damage claim. The claim process can take up to 3 weeks before the claim process is complete.
