1. Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: Place your order anytime 24 hours per day, 7 days a week on
our website; www.VizardsGunsAndAmmo.com. Please feel free to place an
order over the phone if you do not want to place a web order.
2. Question: Can I cancel or add to an order once it's been submitted?
Answer: Orders are sent immediately to our warehouse for fulfillment to
be processed and shipped. We can not make any changes to your order
once you have submitted it.
3. Question: Do you ship outside the USA?
Answer: We currently ship ammunition and accessories to all 48 lower US
states. We ship firearms and benchmade products to all 50 states.
4. Question: How can I return items?
Answer: We do not accept returns. If there is a manufacturer error then you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
5. Question: How can I contact Customer Service for information regarding an order?
Answer: Please feel free to contact us on the phone (603) 974-2639 or
via our Live Chat Monday through Friday 10AM-6PM EST.
6. Question: How do I calculate shipping on an order?
Answer: You can calculate shipping on an order before checking out by doing the steps below.
Add the items to your shopping cart.
Click the shopping cart icon (View Cart) on the top right of the page.
Below the list of items in your cart, click estimate the shipping &
tax. Then enter the country state and zip code. Then click the
estimate shipping and tax button. A drop down list of available shipping
options and rates will be displayed.
7. Question: How long will it take to get my order?
Answer: Most items ship the same say of the receipt of your order if
placed before 3 EST. Depending on your order, items may ship from
multiple warehouses and boxes may arrive over a period of days to
complete your order.
8. Question: Is your price for a box of ammo or a case of ammo?
Answer: The ammunition prices shown are per box unless otherwise stated
in the description. We state how many boxes you will need to order for
those who prefer to order only case quantities. In most cases, there are
no discounts for case quantities. In some listings, we sell only by
case for the ammunition. These products will be marked as being a bigger
quantity.
9. Question: If a product is not in stock, can I place a back order?
Answer: We currently do not offer any back orders for out of stock
items. We do offer to add to be emailed when the item comes back in
stock by entering your email on the out of stock product's page. Below
the items price and warehouse availability there is a box where it
states” Enter your email address to be notified when this item is back
in stock.” Please enter your email address there.
10. Question: Do I need a special license to buy online?
Answer: No, there is no special license required. The majority of our
products are for ages 21 and older. With some products, such as
ammunition a Drivers License may be required for first time purchasers.
For Connecticut customers purchasing ammunition, a copy of your current
Drivers License or Connecticut Ammo Certificate, Pistol Permit, or Long
Gun Certificate are required before we can ship the order.
For California customers who purchase ammunition, as of 1-1-18, we can no longer ship to your private residences. CALIFORNIA AMMUNITION ORDERS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO MINIMUM PURCHASE AND IT MUST SHIP TO YOUR LOCAL FFL DEALER. YOUR DEALER WILL NEED TO EMAIL THEIR FFL TO US AT: FFL@VIZARDSGUNS.COM. PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY HAVE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER FOR REFERENCE. PLEASE NOTE THESE MUST BE ORDERED FROM WAREHOUSE 2 ONLY AND IF THE ORDER IS PLACED BY 3 EST AND WE RECEIVE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION BY 3 EST THEN IT WILL SHIP THE SAME BUSINESS DAY.
For Massachusetts & New York customers who purchase
ammunition, we will require all ammunition to be shipped your local FFL
dealer for pickup.
For Illinois customers purchasing
ammunition, a copy of your current Drivers License and Firearm Owner ’s
Identification Card are required before we can ship the order.
For New Jersey customers purchasing ammunition, a copy of your current
Drivers License and Firearms Purchaser ID Card are required before we
can ship the order.
11. Question: What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards including American Express,
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept personal checks, money
orders and cashier checks. Please note that the shipping of your order
may be delayed up to 2 weeks to allow for the processing of your payment
and order.
12. Question: Can I save my credit card for future orders?
Answer:No, we do not allow credit cards to be stored in our database for security reasons.
13. Question: Why do some items have no picture?
Answer: We currently sell over 100,000 products and some images are not
supplied from the manufacturers. We do our best to implement the images
if they are missing. You can always contact us to verify the product
image.
14. Question: Do you accept Law or Federal Agency orders?
Answer: Yes, we do accept them. Please click on the contact us tab and email us.

15. Question: How can I find out if you’ve received my order and if it has processed?
Answer:After you complete your purchase, a confirmation page will be
displayed with your order number and personal information and order
items. We'll also email a confirmation to you. When your item has
processed it will move from the awaiting fulfillment status to
completed. Once, it has shipped it will move from the completed status
to shipped and the tracking number will be in your order details.
16. Question: How can I find out when my order was shipped?
Answer: You can check the status of your shipment by signing into your
online account which is located on the upper left portion of the home
web page. Once you're logged in, click on "My Account" and then "Order
History” and then select the order number you wish to track. If your
order has shipped then you will receive an email and your account will
show the date shipped and the tracking number. If you have a recent
order and there is no tracking information, the order is still being
processed.
17. Question: I forgot my password and how can I reset the password?
Answer: Please click the “Forgot your password?” link. You will receive an email with the steps to reset your password.
18. Question: Do you have a retail store?
Answer:Yes, we have a retail store located at: 95 Plaistow Rd, Suite 4A Plaistow, NH 03865.
19. Question: Is there a sales tax on my order?
Answer: We are based out of New Hampshire which is a tax free state. Therefore, we do not charge a tax on your order.
20. Question: Do you ship ammunition to CALIFORNIA?
