Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about ordering from Vizard’s Guns & Ammo, shipping, ammunition, firearms, restricted-state purchases, payments, and order tracking.

Important: Firearm and ammunition laws vary by state and locality and may change. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase are legal to own and receive in their jurisdiction. Vizard’s Guns & Ammo reserves the right to request additional documentation or cancel an order when necessary to comply with applicable federal, state, or local laws.
1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at VizardsGunsAndAmmo.com.
Simply find the products you would like to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed through checkout.
Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for transfer to the purchaser. Additional documentation may be required for ammunition or other regulated products depending on the destination state.
2. Can I cancel or change an order after it has been submitted?
Orders are transmitted for processing and fulfillment shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after submission.
Ammunition and firearm sales are final and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange except where required by law or in the event of an approved fulfillment error.
Please carefully review your products, quantities, billing information, shipping address, and FFL information before submitting your order.
3. Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Vizard’s Guns & Ammo currently ships within the United States only.
Ammunition cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii and is subject to additional state and local restrictions. Firearms must be shipped to an eligible FFL dealer and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
4. Can I return my order?
All sales are final unless otherwise specifically approved.
Ammunition and firearms are non-returnable and non-refundable. If a product has a manufacturer defect, warranty claims generally must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
If you receive an incorrect product due to a fulfillment error or your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
Please do not return merchandise without prior authorization.

When contacting us about an existing order, please have your order number available so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
6. How do I calculate shipping before placing an order?
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and enter your shipping information. Available shipping charges will be calculated based on the products in your order, weight, destination, and any special shipping requirements.
Additional charges may apply to oversized, heavy, hazmat, Alaska/Hawaii-eligible, or other specially handled shipments.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are typically processed within 2–9 business days, although processing times can vary depending on the product, order volume, documentation requirements, FFL processing, and other factors.
Your order may contain products fulfilled from multiple locations. When this occurs, your order may arrive in more than one package, and packages may arrive on different days.
Tracking information will be emailed when available.
Firearm orders cannot be shipped until the required FFL information has been received and verified.
8. Is the ammunition price for a box or a case?
The quantity being sold is shown on the individual product listing.
Ammunition may be offered by the box, package, bulk quantity, or case depending on the product. Always review the product title, description, round count, and quantity information before ordering.
Do not assume that a listing represents a full case unless the product page specifically states that it is being sold by the case.
9. Can I backorder an out-of-stock product?
We generally do not accept backorders unless the product listing specifically indicates otherwise.
When available, you can use the Back in Stock Notification feature on an out-of-stock product page. Enter your email address and we’ll notify you when the product becomes available again.
A back-in-stock notification does not reserve inventory, so we recommend ordering promptly after receiving an availability notice.
10. Do I need a special license to order from Vizard’s Guns & Ammo?
For most general merchandise, no special license is required. However, firearms, ammunition, and certain regulated products have additional requirements.
Firearms
Firearms purchased online must generally be shipped to a valid FFL dealer, where the purchaser completes the legally required transfer process.
Ammunition
Ammunition purchasing and delivery requirements vary by state and locality. Age and identity verification may be required, and certain states require additional licenses, permits, identification, background checks, or delivery through a licensed dealer.
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Restricted-State Ammunition Orders
Customers in states with special ammunition requirements should shop through our Ammo for MA, CT, NJ, IL, NY & CA Buyers category located in the category menu on the left side of our website.
This category is designed to make it easier for customers in these states to locate ammunition that we can process for their destination.
You no longer need to select or shop by a particular warehouse. Eligible products in this category may be fulfilled through our available fulfillment network, subject to applicable state and local laws.
Connecticut
Connecticut customers may be required to provide a valid driver’s license or state-issued identification along with an applicable Connecticut ammunition certificate, pistol permit, long gun eligibility certificate, or other qualifying documentation.
California
Vizard’s Guns & Ammo accepts eligible ammunition orders for California customers.
California ammunition generally cannot be shipped directly to a customer’s residence. Orders must be shipped to an eligible California licensed ammunition vendor or dealer who can legally receive and process the ammunition transfer.
California ammunition transactions are subject to applicable state eligibility, background-check, identification, and transfer requirements.
The receiving California dealer or ammunition vendor is responsible for completing the applicable California requirements before releasing the ammunition to the purchaser.

New York
New York ammunition orders must be shipped to an eligible New York dealer who can legally receive and process the ammunition transfer.
The receiving dealer will handle applicable New York background-check and transfer requirements before releasing the ammunition to the purchaser.
Massachusetts
Massachusetts has specific licensing and ammunition-transfer requirements.
Customers must possess the appropriate Massachusetts license or credentials required by law.
Massachusetts customers should shop from our Ammo for MA, CT, NJ, IL, NY & CA Buyers category.
Depending on the transaction and current Massachusetts requirements, additional documentation or delivery through an eligible licensed dealer may be required.

Illinois
Illinois customers may be required to provide a valid Illinois Firearm Owner’s Identification (FOID) card and driver’s license or state-issued identification before an ammunition order can be processed.
Additional restrictions may apply depending on the customer’s location and the products ordered.
New Jersey
New Jersey customers may be required to provide a valid New Jersey Firearms Purchaser Identification Card and driver’s license or state-issued identification.
Additional requirements may apply depending on the type of ammunition being purchased.

Firearm and ammunition laws change frequently. Vizard’s Guns & Ammo reserves the right to request additional documentation, require shipment to an eligible licensed dealer, restrict certain products, or cancel an order when necessary to comply with applicable federal, state, or local laws.
11. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Additional payment restrictions may apply to certain products or orders.
12. Can I save my credit card for future orders?
We do not store your complete credit card information in our own database for future orders.
Payment information is handled through our secure payment-processing system to help protect customer information.
13. Why are some product images missing?
Vizard’s Guns & Ammo carries a large and constantly changing selection of products. In some cases, a manufacturer or distributor may not provide an image, or an image may still be in the process of being added to our catalog.
We continually work to improve our product listings and add missing images.
Please remember that product images may be representative. Always verify the product title, UPC, model number, specifications, and description before purchasing.
14. Do you accept law enforcement or government agency orders?
Yes. We can assist qualified law enforcement and government agencies with eligible purchases.

15. How do I know if my order was received?
After successfully placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation containing your order number and purchase details.
A confirmation will also be sent to the email address provided with your order.
You can sign in to your Vizard’s Guns & Ammo account to review your order history and current order information.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting Customer Service.
16. How can I tell when my order has shipped?
Once tracking information becomes available, it will normally be sent to the email address associated with your order.
You can also sign in to your account and review your Order History to check your order status and available tracking information.
If your order does not yet have tracking information, it may still be processing.
Orders containing multiple products may ship separately and may have multiple tracking numbers.
17. I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Select Sign In or My Account and click the Forgot Your Password? link.
Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the password-reset instructions sent to your email.
18. Do you have a retail store?
Our website is the primary way to browse products and place orders.
Please contact Vizard’s Guns & Ammo before attempting to visit a physical location. Product availability shown online should not be assumed to represent inventory available for walk-in purchase or pickup.
19. Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax, when required, is calculated during checkout based on applicable state and local tax requirements.
The amount of tax charged may depend on the customer’s shipping destination, products purchased, and applicable tax laws.
The total amount, including any applicable sales tax, will be displayed during checkout.
20. Do you ship ammunition to California?
Yes. Vizard’s Guns & Ammo accepts eligible ammunition orders for California customers.
California ammunition generally cannot be shipped directly to a customer’s residence. The ammunition must be sent to an eligible California licensed ammunition vendor or dealer who can legally receive and process the transfer.
California ammunition purchases are subject to applicable state eligibility, background-check, identification, and transfer requirements unless the purchaser or transaction qualifies for an exemption under California law.

There is no longer a requirement to select ammunition from a particular warehouse.
Eligible ammunition displayed within our restricted-state ammunition category may be fulfilled through our available fulfillment network.
The receiving California dealer or ammunition vendor will complete any applicable California eligibility verification, background check, identification, and transfer procedures before releasing the ammunition.
California ammunition laws and regulations are subject to change. Orders will be processed according to the applicable requirements in effect at the time of the transaction.
